It all started with an idea in 1999.  After 26 years in the construction industry, Chuck Reasy wanted to provide a service that he was unable to easily find as a superintendent at the time: a quality final cleaning company, that was dependable and able to meet high-pressured schedule demands.  Thus the idea of Contractor's Final Clean was born.  With the support of his wife and family, Chuck and his loyal employees has grown Contractors Final Clean into the leading final cleaning company in the Seattle area - helping countless General Contractors take their project across the finish line.  

Nineteen years later, we are just as passionate as the day we started about giving our General Contractor's projects the finishing touch that creates happy owners and a beautiful finished product - without sacrificing quality or the project's schedule.
